INITIAL CONSULTATION

José will teach you the primary human movement patterns (squat, lunge, hip hinge, pressing, and pulling) and what you should expect a workout to feel like. Bring your thoughts, concerns, and hopes. This includes a question & answer session as well as goal setting.

WE MAKE A PLAN

Next, you’ll make a plan with José based on your lifestyle, goals, and assessment to build a program that is specific to you!

Results and change are the reason you’re here. José will thoughtfully apply proven methods to keep you reaching your goals and not stalling out your progress.

 

NOT YOUR TYPICAL Gym

At Lionheart Fitness we focus on providing a private and safe environment with workouts that are specifically made for you and your goals. You will work one on one with your trainer as they guide you through your workout. We focus on safety, technique, and most importantly, results. If you're willing to give us time and consistency, we will go above and beyond to match your intensity!
