$80–$85 per session

  • 60-minute private session

  • Fully customized programming

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Ideal for beginners, injury history, or specific performance goals

    Most members train 2–3 times per week for best results.


SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION

  • Maximum of 3 people per trainer
