With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jose is a highly skilled personal trainer and the owner of Lionheart Fitness. Specializing in various modalities, including CrossFit, half marathons, physique competitions, powerlifting, and injury rehabilitation, he has guided hundreds of clients on their fitness journeys.

Jose combines deep expertise with a personal passion for fitness, whether it's helping clients recover from injuries, improve their athletic performance, or achieve personal milestones. This wealth of experience allows him to create customized training programs that deliver results.

Josie

After experiencing the positive effects exercise has to offer, I was intent on being able to help others achieve the same. I earned my degree in exercise science and have worked at a medically-supervised weight loss clinic for two years. Through this I’ve learned and seen how obesity can affect someone’s life. I want to show that finding balance within one’s lifestyle will lead to lasting change. Exercise is just one aspect of that puzzle but I believe it sets you up for success in the other parts. I want to see clients crushing it in the gym and in life! Progressing in the gym in any way is so rewarding and is something to take pride in. My goal is to show people they are stronger than they may think, both mentally and physically. With a goal-based personalized approach and a willing mindset, results are inevitable.

I embarked on my fitness journey five years ago with a strong determination to improve my health and well-being. Initially starting with the goal of losing weight, I experienced a significant transformation, shedding excess pounds and discovering a deep passion for fitness along the way. Through consistent effort, dedication, and learning, I not only achieved my personal fitness goals but also developed a profound understanding of the principles of exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness. My personal journey has equipped me with firsthand experience of the challenges and triumphs associated with weight loss and fitness improvement. I decided to become a personal trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals and committing to providing personalized, empathetic, and effective training programs tailored to each individual's needs. I believe that anyone can achieve a healthier, fitter lifestyle with the right guidance, support, and motivation.
